This newly-built holiday house is located in Bale near Rovinj, and it can accommodate up to 6 people. The house is fully air-conditioned (including all three bedrooms) and it consists of three bathrooms, a large living room connected with the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious roofed terrace is on the guests disposal. The terrace is equipped with seating furniture, and it's overlooking the garden and a beautifully landscaped lawn. Bale is a tourist settlement situated on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula and Rovinj, makes this location a perfect destination for families with children. At the same time, the closeness of the Brijuni National Park makes it an appealing tourist destination. First beach is located 5 km away in a touristic camp under the name - "Mon Perin".

Bale really offers many possibilities for you to stay active on your vacation. Walking through trekking trails, cycling and discover bicycletracks and beautiful landscapes. Guests wanting to relax by the sea can head towards the coast where they will remain astonished by the beauty of the open, blue sea. Just a few minutes from Bale, the Istrian coast is splashed by the crystal clear sea. A number of hidden beaches and coves as well as pristine nature are a veritable shelter for tourists in search of a complete holiday far from the city crowds. Furthermore, a series of coastal restaurants offer a bond of local ingredients skilfully prepared by local chefs, which are a unique challenge for all gourmands. Families or a group of friends can enjoy the independence and full privacy of a villa whilst having an easy access to Istrian hot spots like Pula, Rovinj and Porec Daily excursions to Venice and Brioni Islands are available from Pula and Fazana.
A very beautiful and very well-equipped vacation house. A wonderful large terrace and a small balcony where we could enjoy the sunrise in the morning. We were warmly welcomed.
