The house offers comfortable accommodation across two levels. On the second floor, guests will find a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms with shower/WC. A large third bedroom with its own bathroom and separate entrance is located on the ground floor, ensuring extra privacy. For entertainment, the ground floor features a large games room with a pool table and table tennis.
Outdoors, a 28 m2 swimming pool surrounded by a 600 m2 enclosed garden invites you to relax and unwind. A covered barbecue area with seating is the perfect spot for cozy evenings in good company.
The location is ideal: the picturesque center of Bale with restaurants, cafés, and shops is only a 5-minute walk away, while the beautiful beaches of San Polo and Colone can be reached in just a few minutes by bike or car.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
