Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Rovinjsko Selo is strategically located on the main road connecting Rovinj with the motorway, effectively making it a suburb just 5km from the town. When you enter the village, you will be charmed by its idyllic landscape, old traditionally built stone houses, cultivated fields and vineyards immersed in the greenery of the surrounding woods.
This is the perfect place to escape to and to enjoy the holiday in a relaxing and peaceful surroundings, and yet be less than 10 minutes drive away from the lively and busy Rovinj town centre. Although in rural surroundings, the village has a necessary infrastructure such as a supermarket, coffee bars, hairdressers, a beauty center etc.
Thanks to the proximity of Rovinj and its beaches, a good road connection, Rovinjsko Selo is becoming the first accommodation choice of tourists.
Forrest roads and paths connect the village with the Lim bay, the ornithological reserve Palud as well as with the centre of Rovinj.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY41, STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
