Beautiful Villa Victoria is located in the charming town of Krnica, in the immediate vicinity of which is the eastern coast of Istria and its enchanting beaches, as well as the abundance of cultural, historical and culinary experiences for which Istria is famous. Villa Victoria is a modernly decorated villa for up to 8 people, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. All bedrooms contain comfortable double beds, with one bedroom located on the ground floor, while the other three are located upstairs. The outdoor area of ??the house offers a private pool, ideal for a refreshing swim on sunny days. The pool is heated in May and September. There are also sun loungers in the courtyard as well as a spacious terrace with a large dining table. Private parking is available in the courtyard. Villa Victoria is an ideal destination for families and friends who want to relax and enjoy the beauties of Istria!

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Krnica is also known for its rich history and cultural heritage. Many old towns, churches and fortresses testify to the long history of settlement of this area. The traditional way of life is preserved in the rural communities within Krnica, where agricultural activities, old crafts and local customs can still be found.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
