The heart of the villa is its wonderful outdoor space. You can spend your days soaking up the sun on the deck or refreshing yourself in the private swimming pool. The garden features a lovely terrace equipped with a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with your family and friends.

Ground Floor: The ground floor consists of a bright, open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. For extra sleeping capacity, the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for one person. A bathroom is also located on this level.

First Floor: Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a TV, and individual air conditioning. The well-appointed bathroom ensures convenience for all.

The villa is ideally positioned to explore the best of Istria. You are only a short drive away from the nearest beaches (approx. 8 km), while local restaurants and grocery shops are conveniently located within 2 km of the property. The historic center of Pula and its famous Roman Arena are also within easy reach.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 40 days before arrival. For cancellations 41 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Cancelling 40 to 31 days before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount. Cancelling 30 days or less before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount.

We stayed at Villa Tonka for 4 nights, 5 days. We were welcomed by a very kind host, not at all intrusive, with a bottle of wine, fruit, beer, juice. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean and tidy. It is equipped with everything you need for true rest and relaxation.. Huge garden, terrace, barbecue and an impeccable pool with comfortable sun loungers. We really enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended to everyone! (Alenka)
