Villa Marija is a modern holiday villa with a private 44 m² infinity pool, located in the heart of Medulin within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, shops, and bars. Set on an 800 m² plot, it offers 280 m² of stylish living space for up to 8 guests. The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, TV, and mosquito nets; two rooms have balcony access. The ground floor includes a bright living area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace with barbecue, guest toilet, and laundry room. Outdoors are a sun deck with loungers, covered dining area, and a private sauna in a garden house. Private parking for four cars. One dog allowed (€15/day). Baby cot and high chair on request. Youth groups only on request. Damage deposit €500.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY41, STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
