Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In the extreme southeast of Istria, in the landscape of the Mediterranean vegetation of Brnistra, lies the fishing and farming village of Ližnjan, which overlooks the Kvarner Gulf from the hill as far as the islands of Cres and Lošinj.
For lovers of riding, riding centers offer the services of equestrian sports and riding schools, and for those whose passion is hunting, there is a hunting area that hides wild animals in its dense oak forests. If you would rather dive into the depths of the sea, the seabed along the coast of Marlera will reveal one of the last meadows of the Voga flowering plant.

Wir waren vier Personen mit zwei Hunden und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist perfekt: Die Meeresküste ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Zivilisation. Der Check-in war absolut unkompliziert. Wir haben uns kurz vorher gemeldet und wurden von der Besitzerin sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war sie jederzeit erreichbar, falls wir Fragen gehabt hätten. Besonders mit Hunden war die Unterkunft für uns ideal. Der eingezäunte Garten war ein großer Pluspunkt und hat den Aufenthalt sehr entspannt gemacht. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight waren die Abende: In der Ferne konnte man Goldschakale jaulen hören, ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis und eine wirklich fantastische Atmosphäre am Abend! Das Einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Staubsauger, gerade mit zwei Hunden hätten wir vor der Abreise gerne noch einmal kurz durchgesaugt. :) Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft besonders Gästen mit Hunden jederzeit empfehlen und kommen wieder!
