The house features three comfortable bedrooms, including a gallery on the first floor with a double bed and two single beds, as well as two modern bathrooms that provide complete comfort during your stay. The interior of the house is decorated in a modern and functional style and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and airy living room. For maximum comfort during the summer months, the house is equipped with two air conditioners – one located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. In the outdoor area there is a prefabricated swimming pool, perfect for refreshing yourself during warm summer days, while the spacious terrace and landscaped yard offer an ideal place for relaxing, sunbathing and socializing outdoors. Thanks to its proximity to the sea, privacy and peaceful surroundings, this house is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday in southern Istria, away from the city crowds, and yet close to all amenities and attractions.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In the extreme southeast of Istria, in the landscape of the Mediterranean vegetation of Brnistra, lies the fishing and farming village of Ližnjan, which overlooks the Kvarner Gulf from the hill as far as the islands of Cres and Lošinj.
For lovers of riding, riding centers offer the services of equestrian sports and riding schools, and for those whose passion is hunting, there is a hunting area that hides wild animals in its dense oak forests. If you would rather dive into the depths of the sea, the seabed along the coast of Marlera will reveal one of the last meadows of the Voga flowering plant.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
