Fantastic, very spacious villa with plenty of room – ideal for groups! Each room has its own bathroom. On the ground floor, there's a smaller room with a chest of drawers (no wardrobe), but overall the villa is quite large. Surprisingly, there's a dishwasher (not mentioned in the description) and a washing machine. The two pools, the large terrace with chairs and two sun loungers, and the lawn in front of the house are perfect for relaxing. It's great for barbecues and hanging up a hammock. Shopping facilities are quite a distance away (the nearest supermarket is in Labin, about a 20-minute drive). A small beach in the fjord is within walking distance (about 30 minutes down, 40 minutes back up) – easily manageable for groups with adults and children, but rather difficult for people with mobility issues. We were a group of 10. The place worked great for us, the villa surroundings are beautiful, lovely trees, the pool was great. The nearest good beach is 10min by car in Koromacno. Just bring some mosquito net over the bed or repellents—for a good night’s sleep. Source: Airbnb, July 2025 (Michael)

The house is beautiful, the location is also great if you want a quiet and carefree vacation away from the crowds.
The air is clean and the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city bustle.
The only complaint is the furniture in the living room which is worn out and from which a bunch of feathers fall out when you sit down. It is definitely time to change it, preferably leather so that it can be cleaned and disinfected.
The house has a beautiful layout of rooms, each room has its own bathroom, a large living room, each room has its own air conditioning, however, as the nights are cool it would be ideal to put mosquito nets on the windows and doors to the terrace because there are a huge number of flies, mosquitoes, grasshoppers entering the house and rooms, so that you could sleep with the windows open in the fresh air, and not under the air conditioning. 06/25 (Marina)
