House Tonzzini is located in central Istria in the village of Podpićan and is immersed in a very quiet and peaceful environment far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is only rented on the ground floor because the upper floor is still not categorized and therefore closed. The house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. It is surrounded by 5 ha of private land where you can relax listening to the chirping of birds and enjoy the scent of wild flowers while walking through the valley and the forest. It is only 15 km from the sea and 25 km from beautiful beaches. If you just want to relax, you can sunbathe, relax in the pool or hang out by the grill with your favorite dishes.
