Beautiful, new, modern house with large interior and exterior spaces. The house was extremely well-equipped! The host was very helpful with any requests or questions we had! The hosts was very proactive and even fixed local seafood and meat-platters for our late arrival. We could even get late check-out. Dream holiday in Istria

Positive: Very nice, large, well-kept and modern villa in the middle of Istria, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom plus a shared bathroom in the living or dining room. The entire ground floor is also air-conditioned. Washing machine available. Modern kitchen with sandwich maker, microwave, contact grill and large fridge including freezer compartment. Nice outdoor area with lots of parasols, large pool (very clean), comfortable loungers, charcoal grill with charcoal fireplace and covered terrace. Shopping within 3 minutes' walk, bakery and small Konzum market, 3 restaurants in town. Sea can be reached by car in 10 minutes, larger city or Pula about 30 minutes away. Negative: - Terrace completely in the sun from around 4 p.m. and umbrellas difficult to move to provide shade - currently only 6 chairs outside at the table, or only 6 loungers by the pool (we helped ourselves with chairs from inside) Otherwise nothing negative to say, the villa is almost perfect. We had a wonderful holiday. Contact with the landlord was also easy and very friendly. We didn't have any pool towels with us, so we were helped straight away. Best vacation I had in a while. The town is so cute, and it's near Pula and every other city I wanted to visit while being in Croatia. The hosts were so nice and responsive. The house was amazing, one of the best ones I've ever stayed in. It had everything I needed for a great vacation, and it's super modern and the nature around is also really amazing. (Bigy)

It is located in a quiet place, not far from the sea. I celebrated my 40th birthday during my stay in the house, an additional advantage is that there are excellent restaurants nearby that are highly recommended. All rooms in the house are impeccably clean and tidy, and the hosts are extremely kind and accommodating. I definitely recommend! (Željka)
