Casa Luka in Veliki Vareški, only 5 km away from the beach, is the perfect house for a quiet family vacation. The house is ideal for two people, but also has an extra bed for a third person. The interior of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The area of the house is air-conditioned. The 720 m2 yard is completely fenced and horticulturally landscaped. There is also a private pool of 30 m2. In the outdoor area there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a terrace equipped with seating, perfect for enjoying barbecued meals during the long summer evenings. 2 parking spaces are available in the yard. The location is ideal because you can reach the first beach in just a few minutes by car, and the cities of Pula and Vodnjan are ten minutes away by car. Spend your vacation at Casa Luka in Veliki Vareški and enjoy with your loved ones. The owner occasionally comes to the apartment to the left of the cottage, as it is his private residence. He may also visit to maintain the pool and the yard. However, guests have their own space, full comfort, and privacy. If you prefer not to have any interaction, you absolutely won’t have to — your stay will remain completely private.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
