Villa Stari Dor by Villsy is a renovated traditional stone holiday home in Heki, Central Istria, for up to 8 guests. Its distinctive layout consists of two separate accommodation units, making it a practical choice for two families or groups travelling together. Guests also have a private 32 m2 swimming pool, garden, outdoor kitchen and a variety of leisure facilities.
Each accommodation unit has its own kitchen, living and dining area and bathroom on the ground floor, while the first floor contains two bedrooms. In total, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed, and 2 bathrooms with showers.
Both kitchens include an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Wi-Fi and private on-site parking are available.
The outdoor area features a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a garden and a covered outdoor dining area with an open fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Guests can also enjoy table tennis, table football, a children's playground, swing, mini football area and bicycles. A hydromassage bathtub is available as well.
A restaurant is 2 km away, a shop 3 km away and the centre 5 km away. The sea and beach are 30 km from the property, while the airport is 40 km away.
Complimentary washing and drying of laundry can be arranged with the owner.

One well-behaved pet is free of charge; each additional pet costs €10 per pet per day.
Youth groups are accepted only by prior arrangement. A youth group is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. If you are a youth group, please contact us before placing your reservation, as the reservation might be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you might not be refunded.
