Beautifully decorated, family holiday house for 10 people, swimming pool with salt water

Newly built holiday home situated in a small village in central Istria. Offers its guests peace and relaxation from the bustle of the city. Beautiful villa covers an area of 240 m2 and has a garden of 1550 m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen and two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV, private bathroom and access to the terrace. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with air conditioning, flat screen TV, private bathroom and balcony. Each room is air-conditioned and the villa offers free internet connection. The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate WC-s. It is surrounded by a beautiful, green garden with large private swimming pool with hydro massage (heated in winter period), covered dining area, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue and private parking (for 4 cars). The villa has aswell fitness equippment and treadmill.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Hrvatini is a small village near Kringa and 3 km from a town of Tinjan-The Town of Istrian ham Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Region of Istria, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archive and Zarečki krov-known also as Pazin's swimming pool.

Our stay was very nice. The house has four large bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The pool is also very nice. The house is in the countryside, but there is a small corner shop in town. The nearest larger grocery stores can be reached by car in around 20 minutes. The house is ten years old and has its little quirks. But it's not that tragic. We felt very comfortable in the house. The house was clean and well-maintained. The landlady Martina was there for us at any time. The location is very central in Istria.
