It is placed in a small village in central Istria, offering peace and privacy, but still not far from popular tourist centers like Rovinj or Porec. This holiday villa features a very contemporary design with clean lines. The mix of concrete, wood, and large glass doors and windows create a chic luxury retreat.
The modern and elegant furnished living room has an exit to the covered terrace with a BBQ and outdoor dining area, overlooking the pool. Here you can enjoy in preparing fresh traditional meals or just relax with a glass of wine while your kids are playing in the children's playground.There is a total of 3 bedrooms in this house. Two bedrooms with a double bed, one of which has an exit on the pool terrace, and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. For families with kids, there is a baby cot and a high chair available upon request free of charge.

In the heart of Istria rises on a high plateau the small town Zminj. It is considered the historical intersection of all roads in Istria. If you look into the distance, you can see very quickly the church tower of the parish church of the Archangel Michael; the landmark and the symbol of the Istria County rises above the rooftops of Zminj.
Today, Zminj is a holiday destination, that ca be actively explored. Idyllic cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore the picturesque landscape of Croatia. You should also visit the village Savicenta. Here you can admire the stone Venetian castle Morosini-Grimani as well as the loggia with open atrium and the arcades.
A few kilometers further, you will find the most beautiful beaches of Istria. For example, you can drive to Rovinj. It takes about 30 minutes at a distance of 25 km to reach Rovinj. There are many beautiful beaches where you can swim well. Culinary, Zminj has much to offer. In the evening, you can sit in the konoba Žminjka and enjoy a Mediterranean dinner!

There are blinds and fly screens on the bedroom windows. The pool was cleaned several times during our stay. The location of the house is a bit remote in a quiet area, you have to go everywhere by car. That's exactly why we booked the house, we had peace and quiet and could drive to many beautiful beaches and cities within 30 minutes. Our contact person Toni, was very nice and helpful. He gave many insider tips on excursions, restaurants, beaches, etc. June 2022. (Carina)

The pool was totally clean and well maintained - pool cleaning was done three times during our 10-day stay. Our contact Toni was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. June 2022. (C.A.)
