When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Smoljanci are located near Svetvinčenat, a town in central part of Istria, on the Pazin-Pula road, surrounded by forests, meadows, vineyards, the widely known castle of the Grimani family, churches and a beautiful bell tower. The place is only 20 kilometers from the sea and the town of Rovinj. Svetvinčenat is a small place with cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and a mini market. Cultural events and festivals during the summer are widely known and very well attended by guests staying in Istria.
We spent 7 wonderful autumn days in this beautifully decorated and modern house. The house is located in an exceptionally quiet location, and the surrounding area is full of interesting cultural attractions. In the nearby town of Svetvinčenat there are good restaurants to recommend. September, 2026. (Sasa)
