On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities that a modern guest needs, an elegant dining room, a very comfortable living room with Smart TV, air conditioning, glass walls and direct access to the pool. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The house has underfloor heating, so it is possible to stay in it even in winter. The villa is located in a location from which it is possible to go to the sea in a short distance, visit attractions, historical sights or just relax in a beautiful villa. Guests can relax and socialize on the covered terrace with a view of the large yard, prepare their favorite dishes on the grill or enjoy the spacious pool. Youth groups are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request.

The location of the villa and the interesting geographic features of Muntrilj offer tourists various recreational opportunities in nature: walking, hiking, horseback riding, quad and bike trails, visiting Rovinj and Porec or visiting cultural and historical places (Motovun and Groznjan). You can also practice various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans and water skiing.
