For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was the best house I have ever stayed in! Everything looks new, the pool is fantastic - it is about 9 meters in size - so you can swim. Also, the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen is very well equipped; there is a TV in each bedroom. The owner of the house is very kind and whenever we needed something, it only took him a few minutes to help us. We will definitely come again!!!! Source:Booking, October 2025. (KARIN)

An absolute dream!! Our stay at Villa Olmo was simply perfect. The villa is modern, stylishly furnished, and thought through down to the smallest detail. The amenities also left nothing to be desired: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, and, of course, a fantastic outdoor area. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der brandneuen Villa Olma. Wir hatten eine gute Zeig am und im Pool, schöne Abende auf der Terrasse und dank der vielen Bäume auch immer etwas Schatten. Valentin war für alles erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Zum Meer/ den größeren Städten, fährt man ca. 30 min, aber für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles in der Nähe. Ein kleiner Supermarkt (bis 22 Uhr offen) ist sogar fußläufig erreichbar). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! September, 2024. (Katharina )
