Proveli smo se predivno i toplo preporučujemo ovaj smještaj bez ikakve zadrške. Kuća je arhitektonski impresivna, smještena na vrlo mirnoj lokaciji i savršena za opuštanje i uživanje u odmoru. Bazen i svi ostali sadržaji su izvrsni. Posebno nam se svidjelo što svaka od tri spavaće sobe ima vlastitu kupaonicu. Posebne pohvale domaćinima! Komunikacija je od samog početka bila jednostavna, srdačna i prijateljska. Ovo nam je bio šesti odmor u Hrvatskoj i, iako nas je tamošnje gostoprimstvo uvijek oduševljavalo, ovo iskustvo bilo je uistinu iznimno. Odmah smo se odlično složili; domaćini su nevjerojatno srdačni, pažljivi i susretljivi. Za nas je ovo definitivno jedno od najboljih mjesta na kojima smo boravili u Hrvatskoj, a i domaćini su jednostavno najbolji. (Jens)

Savršen odmor!

Proveli smo se fantastično u ovoj prekrasnoj vili tijekom vikenda Duhova. Organizacija i komunikacija s Rosanom – od rezervacije pa sve do prijave i odjave – odvijale su se iznimno glatko i jednostavno. Po dolasku srdačno su nas dočekali Natalia i Filip. Divni su domaćini koji su nam odmah dali korisne savjete o izletima, restoranima i okolici. Vila je uistinu besprijekorna: besprijekorno održavana, opremljena kvalitetnim namještajem i uređena s velikom pažnjom posvećenom detaljima. Posebno nas je oduševio otvoreni dnevni prostor s izravnim izlazom na terasu i veliki bazen – što je bilo pravo uživanje i za našu djecu i za nas odrasle. Lokacija je savršena: vila se nalazi u mirnom području, a trgovine su dostupne pješice, dok istovremeno služi kao idealna polazišna točka za istraživanje obližnjih obalnih mjesta. Uživali smo u svakoj minuti i rado bismo ostali duže. Veliko hvala Nataliji i Filipu – rado bismo se vratili! (katrin)

Wir hatten zu siebt einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! ❤️ Die Gastgeber waren von Anfang an unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen haben sie immer super schnell reagiert und uns mit tollen Empfehlungen für Restaurants und lokale Highlights versorgt. Man merkt einfach, dass ihnen ihre Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight waren der Wein und die frisch gepflückten Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten. Beides war fantastisch und diese kleine, persönliche Geste hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. (Johannes)

The villa is exactly as in the pictures. Very modern and stylishly decorated. Plenty of storage space. Air conditioning in every room and living room. Super good beds! The pool is fantastic! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Olea. Furnished with attention to detail. The house lacks nothing. Three beautiful rooms with Bad.Extra toilet, very well equipped kitchen and all air-conditioned. Great new cottage with all amenities

The holiday home is awesome. The beautiful interior, garage, washing machine and well equipped kitchen. There is nothing missing. The secluded terrace with dining table, sun loungers and relaxation hanging chair are great. The pool is fantastic for swimming and relaxing. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the olive trees. The environment is very quiet. We can fully recommend the house. The hosts Natalia and Filipp are warm and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Natalia provided us with restaurant tips in Porec and Rovinj. You should definitely visit Pizzeria Ulika in Zminj. Absolutely beautiful house in the middle of Istria with bathrooms for each room, super modern and cozy interior and a stunning pool. The town is also a great starting point to explore coast cities like Poreč, Rovinj, Pula or Rabac within a 25 - 40 minute drive. Everything was perfectly clean at our arrival. Dear Natalia, dear Filip, thank you so much for having us. Starting from your warm welcome to our departure we had an outstanding time at your lovely home. Your house is just perfect. When the weather is good you can spend your time in the pool, if the weather is bad you can spend your time in a lovely house. You'll have everything you need to even cook fancy dinner, you have a big fridge, can play table tennis or watch TV. Natalia sent us some recommondations for restaurants and other things. Yes you can cook anything you want but for heaven's sake visit Pizzeria Ulika in Zminj and Konoba Doma in Sveti Petar u Sumi. You can visit Porec or Rovinj within about 30 minutes. Dear Natalia, dear Filip, we have visited a lot of places and met a lot of lovely people but we have and probably will never meet such caring, endearing and warmhearted people as you.
