Spread over two floors, the 150 m2 interior is stylishly furnished and can accommodate up to 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a double bed (200x180 cm). The villa has two modern bathrooms with showers. All rooms are air-conditioned and thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing stay.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room with direct access to a large covered terrace. The private, fully fenced garden of 1000 m2 offers a swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, a lounge area, and a sun deck. Covered private parking is also available on-site.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
