The pictures keep what they promise !!! Very nice and quiet house. All 4 rooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. In the kitchen everything is there what you need. Nice view from the cozy terrace on the garden and the large pool. We felt very comfortable and had a relaxing holiday. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. All highly recommended !!! (Bernd )

Beautiful holiday villa in Istria for want to enjoy peace! The result is that you have to drive a car for about fifteen minutes to buy bread. We visited this villa with 2 families with teenagers, a total of 9 people. Good beds for everyone! Too bad there is no air conditioning in every room as described! There are only 2 air conditioners: one in the living room and one in the stairwell above. Due to bad weather we had to eat inside. It is difficult if there are only 8 chairs to be found, no extra chair to be found outside either. Also a table tennis table not found. Despite these minus points, we certainly enjoyed our trip! Wonderfully quiet villa

The villa is wonderfully quiet, is very spacious and very clean. It left nothing to be desired. The garden and the pool are also very well maintained. The host family is very friendly and accommodating. We keep the holiday in very good memory and will definitely be back. The children were more than enthusiastic.

We have booked Villa Nikka for the second time and were again very satisfied. A great advantage is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Otherwise, the house actually has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
Due to the central location, you can explore many cities and then relax by the pool in a quiet location. You should plan that in Croatia it takes 20 km longer than in Germany, because the conditions are simply different. Since you have time on vacation, that wasn't a problem for us at all.
The host family is always on hand and always easy to reach. They are very reliable and genuinely lovable.
We would love to come back and can really recommend the house. (Sandra)
