Villa Nevia Sivati is a newly constructed villa with a pool, situated on the outskirts of the village Šivati, not far from Kanfanar in central Istria. The house is characterized by its stunning industrial design, crafted by one of the leading Croatian designers, and is furnished with high-quality designer pieces from renowned Italian and Croatian manufacturers.
Nestled on a 1000 sqm fenced property, Villa Nevia Sivati offers its guests a 35 sqm pool, a spacious covered terrace with a summer kitchen and dining table, as well as two designated parking spaces. The two-story villa with a pool spans 200 sqm and is equipped with air conditioning, accommodating a maximum of 8 people.
The ground floor features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting area, satellite TV, and a fireplace. Additionally, there is a bedroom for two with single beds, an en suite shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. Moving to the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with double beds, satellite TV, and shower/toilet facilities. One of the bedrooms boasts a balcony overlooking the poolside of the house. Villa Nevia Sivati is designed to provide a modern and comfortable retreat for an enjoyable stay in the heart of Istria.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
