We stayed in August 2023 and the villa is beautiful and modern located within the small village of Kringa, the facilities on offer within the villa and cleanliness were 5*. Our host Gordana was brilliant and she was always on hand to assist and answer any question we had and she was kind enough to give us some gifts from there family business which was well received by us. We have stayed in a few villas in Istria and this is by far the best, we would highly recommend this beautiful villa and it capped of another amazing holiday for us in Istria. ( August 2023 ) (Aron)

Fantastic family vacation in central Istria

Our two families of three were the first happy residents of Villa Nada in Kringa (Central Istria). The pictures and the description of the newly built Villa Nada promised a lot in advance and more than kept it. The villa is located in the tranquil town of Kringa with a small supermarket in central Istria, in the middle between Porec and Pazin, about 20 minutes from the beach. However, since we didn't want to take a typical holiday by the sea, the location was ideal. Buggy walks, learning about Istrian history, enjoying typical Istrian food, wine tasting, trips to coastal towns - all possible on foot or with a short drive. The quiet location of the villa in the middle of nature with no direct neighbors to the used garden area was also very pleasant. It was a very exciting, relaxing and varied week, which was crowned every evening by a visit to the wellness area and jacuzzi. Our children (1 year, 3 years) also liked it very much, especially the trampoline and the open spaces in the garden and the pool were used extensively. The 4 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, were very well equipped and modern, like the entire apartment, and absolutely clean. The kitchen area (oven, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, crockery, glasses, cups, pots, bowls, cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ...) should be emphasized in terms of the equipment in the villa. The only small downside of the holiday was a two-time power failure of 6 hours, which, however, occurred across the board and due to a construction project and had nothing to do with the villa. We used this time and the only rainy day for the excursions, because otherwise you can definitely spend 24 hours a day in the villa and have fun. However, the most positive or most beautiful aspect of this holiday was not the super modern villa or the experiences on the excursions, but getting to know the extremely nice, warm and helpful owner family. They live about 100m from the villa and are the largest producer of Istrian prosciutto. We were invited to a small tour and subsequent tasting of their self-made goods. We felt very comfortable with this family and are already looking forward to seeing you again. P.S. Mr. Weih, 09/09/2017 until 09/16/2017 We spent a wonderful week at this villa. The hostess is very friendly and always helpful. The communication is either in the language of the country or in English. If something is, you can reach them by phone or via WhatsApp. The equipment there is nothing to complain about. Everything is clean and tidy - both in the house and in the outside. There are plenty of places to visit in this region - I would like to name some here Rovinji, Pula, Porec, Limski canal ..... In Kringa itself there is a small supermarket with a rich assortment for the basic supply. Opening hours 800-1200 and 1600-1900. A little hint still Kringa is a stonemason who makes small models of Kazun houses in Istria - looks very interesting. A dream holiday in a dream villa. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the owner and shown around the house. As soon as you open the door, you notice that nothing is left to be desired in this house. The entrance area, the living-dining room, is very spacious and bright. There is a private bathroom in each bedroom. The pool with its 11 m length leaves nothing to be desired. The outdoor area for sitting and lying down is also tastefully designed. There are enough beach umbrellas available. The kitchen is also very well equipped. It should also be noted that the house is extremely clean and well-kept in all areas. We will be back definitely.
