When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Beautiful house in a very quiet location. Very clean and everything you need for a holiday with children is really there. However, you need a car as it is very remote. But that's exactly what we wanted. Everything is as in the photos and the landlord family is very nice. They even brought us a cake they baked because we were celebrating a birthday. The coast can be reached in all directions in 30 to max. 50 minutes. We would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend this accommodation to others. (Dokl aus Austria)

We were on site with 9 people and two dogs. Like last time, it was very well maintained, everything was great, the pool was great, the interior and the outdoor area were all great. A little tip: more cutlery would be desirable and more space for clothes in the small detached house would be great. We can highly recommend the Villa M Mate with its dream location and lovely service. Aug 2019 (Sabine aus Kempen)

This property offers everything to switch off. It's quiet, the property is spacious, and there are plenty of places to sit and chill. Thanks to the three separate living quarters, it is perfect for several families. The pool could have been a bit bigger. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune to be there during a very, very strong dry period, so the insects/wasps were very, very thirsty and claimed the pool area for themselves. This is nature. We were received very nicely, and Daisy was always available for questions. The internet and mobile data reception could be better, but if you are there on vacation, you can switch off everything.
