Unique Stone Villa Luna with Private Pool, Whirlpool and Fenced Garden

From the - as always - perfect booking with EuroTours Porec, the smooth handover, the extremely friendly landlords, to the fantastic location, just perfect. The dear landlords are always there when you need help, but otherwise you have peace and quiet and don't see each other. The house is quietly and idyllically situated on a small hill with a beautiful view in Selina, a small town near Sveti Lovrec. Unfortunately, there are no shopping facilities etc. here. After 5 minutes drive to Sv. Lovrec you can find here supermarkets, cafes and places to eat. Of course, everything is a bit quieter and smaller than in the neighboring cities. But that's exactly what we were looking for. Quiet vacation in a pleasant atmosphere. In the city of Porec and to the nearby beaches you need about 20-30 minutes by car. The house is very spacious, well maintained, perfectly equipped and very clean. There are several seating areas on the terrace and a large gas grill on the terrace. There are also two bicycles and a table tennis table to pass the time. Air conditioning units are also available in all bedrooms and in the living room. The illuminated pool is very large and extremely clean. There are several shaded seating areas by the pool. There are enough loungers. In addition, there is a new, very modern and spacious bathroom next to the pool. Everything is available here, from a walk-in shower to a toilet, washing machine, drying rack, towels. The garden on the huge property is extremely well-kept and here our two dogs were able to enjoy themselves to the fullest and let off steam. The entire property is completely fenced in with a stone wall and an additional fence (which was extremely important to us because of the dogs). Just a place to relax and enjoy. It turned out to be an unbeatable choice for our family trip. Very well equipped, the clean and bright pool attracts attention as soon as you arrive, with towels and a shower for bathers. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, a large table where we all fit comfortably (there were 9 of us) and a fireplace with some wood that gave a homely touch. The house is very big, and both the heating and hot water work well. We also had the opportunity to have a barbecue and the children greatly enjoyed jumping on the trampoline in the garden. We had a great time at Villa Luna. When you enter the holiday home you immediately feel comfortable. The large pool, jacuzzi, pool house with showers, large fenced plot is a real eye-catcher. Everything is lovingly furnished, the kitchen is well equipped. It left nothing to be desired. The landlords are in a great mood, with a lot of experience. Unobtrusively present and uncomplicated with a lot of sense for the needs of their guests. Thank you again to Rosana for the warm welcome and the way you treat your guests. Top family vacation

We spent a week in this great house with 7 adults and 1 dog. Nothing was missing in the villa, we felt comfortable and welcome from the start. The pictures are not embellished, everything is actually like that, if not even prettier. Everything clean and very well maintained. We were thrilled, among other things, that there were 3 refrigerators in total, as well as a "pantry". The beds were very comfortable, although 3 out of 4 bedrooms were relatively small. This didn't bother us as we were really only there to sleep. The equipment and furnishing of the villa is tasteful with great attention to detail. The location in Selina is fantastically quiet, with a great view. Our hosts were welcoming, final cleaning had been completed upon our arrival. We were surprised and spoiled with fresh vegetables from our own cultivation. The only small drawback: 2 toilet and bathroom doors were unfortunately not lockable. All in all highly recommended, we would love to come back. (Regina)

The Villa Luna is really a very nice idyllic house to feel good all around. The house, the large property, the great large pool, the whirlpool with outdoor bathroom and the "play" house - everything is super great and also very stylish and clean. We all felt very comfortable and spent a very relaxing great holiday there. The property is quiet, but very central for excursions in all directions. We would have liked a little something, more glasses and crockery, because this was very counted - but this is only an indication from us and not a criticism. We would come back anytime. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Luna! We have 2 with our 4 dogs who enjoyed the peace and privacy. That was perfect. We lacked nothing. Everything was clean, well maintained and the house is on a beautiful, large fenced property that is perfect for the dogs to run around. Everyone felt very comfortable. Very good restaurants can be easily reached by car in the immediate vicinity. No problem at all :-) Shopping facilities are also easily accessible by car. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness of the landlord! They are always available for questions and very accommodating. Many thanks to you again! We'd love to come back.
