The beautiful and comfortable villa Lavanda Muntrilj is located in the village of Muntrilj in central Istria. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a dining room with seating for 6 people. One bedroom is also on the ground floor with air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are 2 separate double rooms with air conditioning and SAT TV, each with its own bathroom. In the courtyard of the swimming pool, there is a private pool, deck chairs, an umbrella, and seating furniture. The house has underfloor heating, so you can stay in it even during the winter months. Youth groups are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request.

The location of the villa and the interesting geographic features of Muntrilj offer tourists various recreational opportunities in nature: walking, hiking, horseback riding, quad and bike trails, visiting Rovinj and Porec or visiting cultural and historical places (Motovun and Groznjan). You can also practice various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans and water skiing.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
