Holiday house Kata San Lorenzo is a beautiful traditional stone with private pool, 5 bedrooms, ideal for 10 people. It is located in a secluded location in the village of Zgrablići, just a few minutes drive from the town of Sveti Lovreč. In Sveti Lovreč there is a grocery store, post office, restaurant and ATM, while the nearest restaurant is located near the house. The sea is 8 km away (Lim channel), attractive beaches, tourist resorts and resorts on the west coast of Istria are at a distance of 15 km. You can miss the nearest beach in the vicinity of the town of Vrsar.
On the ground floor there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace and a living room with a fireplace. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower) and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and each has its own bathroom.
Villa Kata San Lorenzo exudes traditional style, comfort and luxury at the same time. The property is surrounded by a large courtyard with Mediterranean trees and a stone wall. Large pool of 72 m2, located in the central part of the yard. A beautifully manicured garden, sun loungers, outdoor shower, covered parking, a large swimming pool and a multitude of traditional details will delight visitors to this special holiday home.

Villa Kata San Lorenzo is located 15 km from the tourist city of Porec and only 20 km from Rovinj. The shop, a bakery, pharmacy and post office are nearby. The surrounding area is rich with olive trees and vineyards. Nearby there are bike paths that connect hinterland with the coast of Istria. Villa Kata San Lorenzo is an ideal destination for families with children. The nearest beaches (Porec, Vrsar) can be reached in only 15 minutes driving by car. Nearby is the famous Lim Fjord, known for its beautiful protected landscape.

we had a family holiday for 1 week with 10 people, the house, the rooms, the outdoor area, the pool, everything was perfect, adults and children felt comfortable, there was also table tennis and enough open space for badminton, a perfect accommodation that we can happily recommend with a clear conscience, there is also good wine and tasty olive oil to buy at normal prices, very good/September 2024 (Dieter)

We were guests with two families (4 adults and 5 children). The house and garden offer plenty of space and everything you need is there. We found the beds very comfortable. However, the ceilings between the first and second floors are very thin, so light sleepers should take Oropax with them. The house itself is very quiet.
