Holiday house Kata San Lorenzo is a beautiful traditional stone with private pool, 5 bedrooms, ideal for 10 people. It is located in a secluded location in the village of Zgrablići, just a few minutes drive from the town of Sveti Lovreč. In Sveti Lovreč there is a grocery store, post office, restaurant and ATM, while the nearest restaurant is located near the house. The sea is 8 km away (Lim channel), attractive beaches, tourist resorts and resorts on the west coast of Istria are at a distance of 15 km. You can miss the nearest beach in the vicinity of the town of Vrsar.
On the ground floor there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace and a living room with a fireplace. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower) and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and each has its own bathroom.
Villa Kata San Lorenzo exudes traditional style, comfort and luxury at the same time. The property is surrounded by a large courtyard with Mediterranean trees and a stone wall. Large pool of 72 m2, located in the central part of the yard. We were guests with two families (4 adults and 5 children). The house and garden offer plenty of space and everything you need is there. We found the beds very comfortable. However, the ceilings between the first and second floors are very thin, so light sleepers should take Oropax with them. The house itself is very quiet.
