The whole family enjoyed their stay at your villa! The only criticism was that there was no grocery store/bakery nearby. Otherwise, we can only recommend it! The kitchen was super equipped, all appliances worked perfectly! There was a possibility to grill, and there were also small details like yoga mats and other outdoor games, and everything was untouched! The host was easily accessible and very accommodating! We had a very nice family gathering at the house. The house was lovely, very nicely decorated, warm and the kitchen was well-equipped. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. Wonderful stone house with "beach"

We chose this beautifully maintained stone house in the Istrian hinterland in 2025. It was simply wonderful! The sea flashes in the distance, and the lightning over the sea was orange! We had more than enough space, and the room layout was perfect for us (4 families). Our children promptly nicknamed the beach volleyball court "the beach," probably because of the fine sand (a finer rake would have been a wise investment)! We had so much fun in the garden: kicking a ball around, playing badminton, or on the bocce court. The pool is enormous, simply phenomenal, so large and well-maintained, a real joy. Of course, with the age of the house comes a few inconveniences: no air conditioning and no insect screens on the windows. The former didn't bother us, as we only had one tropical night, and all rooms are equipped with powerful but quiet fans; however, in our opinion, insect screens should be installed to at least provide some protection from unwanted guests. But that's just complaining at a high level: we really enjoyed our stay at the Villa of the Three Oaks. Compared to our vacations in recent years, where we stayed in more modern villas near the sea, the villa ranks first for us! Thank you so much for the wonderful time! August 2025. (Richard)

Great villa with small quirks

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Although the owner actually said that loud music was undesirable, we didn't seem to have disturbed anyone despite (from our point of view) quite loud sound. The pool is great and the location is wonderful --> only shopping possibilities are not just around the corner. A few things in the villa (stove with extractor hood, the metal chairs on the terrace) could be renewed, but that only spoils the impression slightly.
