Originally built at the end of the 19th century, this carefully renovated stone house has preserved its authentic Istrian character, while the interior has been tastefully furnished with modern details for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Set on a beautifully maintained and fenced 1300 m2 property, Casa Amalia offers peace, privacy and ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. A special highlight of the property is the private 47 m2 pool with a hydro-massage bench, perfect for cooling off during warm summer days.

The property consists of two units. The main house spreads over 140 m2 across the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, there is a tastefully decorated living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining area and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing additional comfort and privacy for all guests.

A special feature of Casa Amalia is the smaller house located next to the pool. It includes a spacious additional kitchen decorated in white and blue tones, with a traditional fireplace and a large dining table. In front of it, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue, ideal for summer meals, gatherings and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the Istrian countryside.
