The unique villa Bosket with beautiful hilltop views consists of a ground floor with a living room, satellite TV, dining room, double bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed), which are air-conditioned and have their own bathrooms. There is also a large pool with a jacuzzi, which is perfect for relaxing. An additional covered terrace is next to the villa, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the olive groves and nature to experience unforgettable mornings and wonderful evenings. There are numerous activities for children such as a swing set, a trampoline, soccer goals, and a ball. Villa Bosket is suitable for a quiet holiday in the idyllic Istrian environment, from where you can come easily to neighboring cities. The small Istrian village of Vizinada is close to historic towns such as Motovun, Oprtalj, 20 km from Porec and 10 km from Lanterna beach.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The small Istrian village of Vizinada is close to historic towns such as Motovun, Oprtalj, 20 km from Porec and 10 km from Lanterna beach. The charming Villa Bosket has an excellent view of the wonderful mountains. It is situated on a 7000sqm estate, which has a large swimming pool with jacuzzi where guests can relax in the quiet nature. There is also a children's playground and a barbecue. It is an ideal place for long walks or bike tours through the forest, by collecting mushrooms, asparagus and chestnuts.
We really enjoyed this beautiful location, the pool and yard were great, the kids had a blast, the view is breathtaking. Close to restaurants and wineries, 15 minutes from the sea! (Giselle)
