On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa, satellite TV, dining room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, here is also a double bedroom and a shower/toilet. The first floor features three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and two of them have access to a shared balcony with additional seating.
The basement is a spacious room of 150 sqm for recreation and relaxation, equipped with a pool table, table tennis, a soccer table, and fitness equipment.
The pet supplement will be charged per pet per day.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
