A villa with a swimming pool and a beautiful view of the Mirna valley

Villa Art House with a private pool is located in Vižinada at the end of the village and offers a wonderful view of the Mirna River valley. The house was completely renovated in 2016 by the new owners and consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a pleasant living room and a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine) with a seating area. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two interconnected bedrooms (family bedroom - from the room with a double bed you enter the room with a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed with its own bathroom, and the second bedroom is a children's room with a bunk bed and a large balcony, which means that the house is best suited for two adults and two children. The house is fully air-conditioned. Guests have at their disposal the use of the swimming pool, sunbeds and gazebos with table and chairs, free wireless internet access and private parking. You will enjoy a beautiful sunset with a view of the sea in the distance. The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful arthouse

We spent two wonderful weeks in the arthouse and can only recommend it. Enjoy the sunrise in the morning and then the peace and quiet you have there. We didn't miss anything, and the landlady was always available if we needed anything. The house was simple and very tastefully decorated. Check-in without any problems, the landlady was on site and explained everything to us and gave us tips on what was worth seeing in the area. beautiful holiday home in a very quiet location

The house is in a secluded location just before Vizinada. The adjoining building is a club house for the local hunters, where rarely anyone stays. During our vacation there was a party, but it was over at 11:00 p.m. However, there is a kind of aggregate at the house, which hums loudly and starts up regularly at any time of the day or night. The house is very well equipped. All we missed was a proper pan and slightly larger glasses, since the ones that are available are really tiny. The showers also took a little getting used to, both of which were equipped with bathtub fittings, i.e. without shower rods. Regarding the air conditioners, you have to know that the upper air conditioner is only in the children's room. The children's room is also not separate, but a connecting room to the master bedroom. These are only separated by a sliding door, which you have to leave open if you want any of the air conditioning. But that didn't bother us and we had a wonderful holiday. Sept 2019 (Michaela)
