Villa Ana Spinovci is a renovated stone house with a private pool, located on the outskirts of the small village of Spinovci in central Istria, near Motovun. The house has its own garden with a swimming pool of 28 m2 with a children's pool of 4 m2, a covered terrace of 20 m2 with a fireplace for barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and 2 parking spaces. With its three bedrooms Villa Ana can accommodate 6 guests. The house has three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room. From the whole house, as well as from the covered terrace and pool area there is a beautiful panoramic view of the green hills and the most picturesque Istrian town - Motovun. This beautiful villa is modern and nicely decorated is ideal for families with children. 250 meters from the house is a restaurant where you can taste authentic local food and drink home-made wine.

In the northern part of Istria, overlooking the Mirna River valley, lies surely the most famous and attractive Istrian medieval town of Motovun-Montona. This captivating hilltop town is one of the characteristic symbols of the Istrian interior. The Romanesque-Gothic bell tower with a crenulated crown from the 13th century, standing next to the Parish Church of St. Stephen from the 17th century, dominates the town's historic core. In the central square is the Romanesque Municipal Palace, the largest secular building in Istria of that period surrounded by many other historic buildings. As Motovun-Montona has long since been an attractive and popular tourist destination accommodation is offered in the town centre, in hotel Kaštel situated in the restored palace of the Polesini family.

Quiet, relaxed in the back country
