Authentic stone holiday house with private pool and very nice location in Istria. Idyllic stone house for vacation with private pool for 6 persons. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and four bathrooms. The fourth room is in the attic. On the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and one bedroom with bathroom and access to a large terrace and a garden with a 24 m2 swimming pool. The first and second floor of the house is connected by internal and external stairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with access to a beautiful terrace from which it overlooks the surroundings. In the courtyard of the house guests can enjoy a beautiful and decoratively landscaped garden with lots of shade. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The owners of the house offer their guests a garden with vegetables that guests can freely use. Private parking is located inside the yard. Pets are welcome.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The house is located in the quiet village of Donji Hrelji, just 4 km from Zminj. Ideal for families planning a relaxing holiday. In only 15 min. drive you can reach a wonderful beach where you can refresh yourself. In addition, there are many cycle paths that are surrounded by olive trees and breathtaking nature. First of all: Zora and Dinko are wonderful hosts, we and our children really enjoyed the original Istrian dinner and the generous hospitality at the end of the holiday. The house is very winding, with two families that was a bit challenging. You have to like it a bit rustic and realize that you are surrounded by a lot of nature. Each room has air conditioning and the kitchen is well equipped. In the nearby town of Kanfanar is a bakery and grocery store. We had a good time. July 2019 source: Home Away (Jenny )

The accommodation is lovingly and very spaciously furnished, the hosts are very friendly and attentive. You can spend very nice and quiet days here (although we thought at first that traffic noise could be heard from the nearby major road - but it isn't). (Richard aus Deu)
