This spacious home features four bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate eight guests; each bedroom has its own bathroom. The second-floor veranda looks out onto the large lawn and garden. An outdoor covered terrace, complete with a fireplace and barbecue, borders the swimming pool, which makes for the perfect location to sit back and savor a glass of wine from a nearby vineyard. Located in the village of Pifari, Villa Rustica is centrally located to all the desirable Istrian tourist attractions. With a short drive, you can reach museums, medieval ruins, and vineyards. The beach in Rovinj is only 18 km away! Once you are ready to take a break from sightseeing, feel free to enjoy the pool, table tennis, or darts. There is also a trampoline and swing for kids. In the heart of Istria rises a high plateau, the small town Zminj. It is considered the historical intersection of all roads in Istria. If you look into the distance, you can see very quickly the church tower of the parish church of the Archangel Michael; the landmark and the symbol of the Istria County rises above the rooftops of Zminj. Today, Zminj is a holiday destination, that can be actively explored. Idyllic cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore the picturesque landscape of Croatia.

Due to its layout, the villa is ideal for two families!

Its central location makes it the ideal starting point for excursions throughout Istria! You can also easily spend the day “at home”! There is always a shady spot and there is enough variety (billiards, pool, swing or just whizzing around the house)! Shops and restaurants are approx. 4km away! Toni was always there for us and very helpful! Even when there was a problem with our car, he quickly put us in touch with a top workshop! June 2022. (Stefan)
