Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort. Super nette Gastgeber, die alle Wünsche erfüllen. Sie stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. WUNDERSCHÖN!!!!! Sehr ruhig gelegen: am Ortsende mit Wald an einer Seite. Nur Vögelzwitschern und ab und zu ein Traktor. Ruhe pur!! Genau in der Mitte von Istrien gelegen, sodass man bequem an allen Seiten zum Meer oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren kann. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Siegfried und Sylvia)

Great spacious house ideally located with a very pleasant swimming pool. Practical poolhouse. Full brand new equipment. Efficient air conditioning. Particularly warm welcome from attentive hosts.
Car needed.

What a house!! After entering the private and gated driveway you can par your car in the shade. Klaudio and his family live on the same premises which give you comfort and safety although you can spend your holiday in complete privacy. Wendy the friendly family dog patrols the area at night. Our kids loved her. The house itself has everything for an amazing summer holiday. With 3 airconditioned bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms and an airconditioned living rooms. The shutters at the windows bring extra darkness or cooling. Everything is made with love, nice and new appliances! Great wifi! Outside you will have an amazing private infinity pool, (11x5m) with enough sunbeds and umbrella’s and pool tables. Aswell as an outside shower, toilethouse and summer outdoor kitchen will again all needed appliances an crockery. The outdoor kitchen can be closed with glass walls for colder/cooler days. Within 10 min drive you are in Pazin village with a big Lidl, local stores and very near aswell an amazing Kroatian pizzaria (la rotonda). Within 30-45 minutes you are in Porec, Labin or Pula as the villa lies in almost the very center of istria with very easy access to highways. We highly recommend staying in Villa Mateo!! We received a very warm welcome at the villa Mateo when we arrived. There were parking spaces for our cars right in front of the house.Then, when we were shown around the villa, all our expectations were exceeded. All the rooms are modern, fully equipped (e.g. the kitchen) and everything was clean. There was nothing missing here. We also liked the outdoor area very much. There is enough space in the large pool to swim or play water games. The large garden is also great for outdoor games. We had a lot of fun. But the eye-catcher was the summer kitchen outside. Here we cooked together and let the evening come to an end. You can find everything you need in the surrounding area (shops, restaurants, attractions, etc.). We enjoyed our holiday very much and would definitely recommend it to others and come back again! Therefore, a big thank you to the nice hosts! :) (Selina)

Klaudio and his family were excellent and courteous hosts! They were always friendly and helped us instantly when we had any questions. One day they even made us pancakes and brought us local istrian ham and cheese which we very much enjoyed :) The secluded location of the villa makes it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday for families or a group of friends like us. The house is beautiful, modern, fully fitted and arranged intelligently. The Pool with its grippy tiles, the lighting at night and the infinity ledge exceeded our expectations. The movable glass walls of the large pool house made it the perfect location to eat, drink or chill during the day or at the evening/night. The garden was another nice asset, as it was large enough so that we could set up a volleyball court. The next supermarket is only 5 Minutes by car. (Lukas)
