Nestled in a charming hamlet Žužići, just a few minutes drive from Poreč and its beaches, stands this beautiful, typical Istrian stone house. Villa Jona has a well-maintained and completely enclosed garden where guests have a large covered terrace with a dining table, barbecue fireplace, swimming pool and children's playground at their disposal. Additionally, there is a game room with billiards, table football, and darts. With its 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Although the interior furnishing is modern, the villa has retained its original charm, characteristic of old Istrian houses. On the ground floor are the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and one bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In this villa, you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Surroundings
The small village Žužići is located near the small town of Visnjan. It is surrounded by a picturesque green landscape and beautiful olive groves. The people here live mainly from agriculture, primarily from wine and olive growing. Active vacationers will feel comfortable here because you can admire the picturesque landscapes of Croatia, whether you are on foot or by bicycle. If you want to swim in the sea, just 20 minutes drive to Porec. There you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and relax. Do not forget to taste the first-class Istrian wines during your stay, while enjoying the national delicacies of Istria in the Konobas.
It was a great vacation, as expected the weather was once again very nice, Croatia.

Even on two consecutive days when the weather was a little worse, it didn't get boring. We used the games cellar with table football, darts and billiards and played a tournament. It was really very nice. Also worth mentioning is the outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink and grill or roasting facility. All in all a very nicely furnished and well thought out house. One can only hope that it remains affordable, such a beautiful house suitable for larger families or groups of friends with a pool and parking spaces on the property. May, 2023. (Markus)
