This Kringa home was perfect!

It has been renovated with high quality materials and sits in a very quiet neighborhood. From here we were able to explore the coast, Motovun and Groznjan all within 30 minutes. Katarina, the owner on site, was very friendly and helpful. She gave us several recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again! (Airbnb, October 2023) (J. The house is very spacious and you will find everything you need. What was missing was an iron and ironing board. The landlords were very nice and since we were there with our own car, we were able to explore the area and visit all the cities worth seeing. (Ulrike)

The stone house Mate is well furnished and has everything you need. We found it ideal that each bedroom had its own bathroom and that there was an additional bathroom downstairs. The owners live in a house on the same property and are always available. The family is really very nice and helpful. It was nice and quiet and relaxing for us.
It is an ideal starting point for excursions e.g. to Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar, Labin, Rabac, Pazin and much more. The place Kringa has a small supermarket where you can shop. Larger purchases can be made in Porec. There is Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine, Konzum etc. and a market every day where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat etc.
