Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Jakačići is a small and peaceful village in the municipality of Gračišće, located in the heart of central Istria and surrounded by forests, meadows, and unspoiled nature. It is an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday, while the beautiful beaches of Istria's eastern coast, including Rabac, are only about a 30-minute drive away. The area is known for its excellent agritourism farms and traditional restaurants, while families can enjoy cycling trails, adventure parks, and many other attractions.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
