Very nice and spacious house, very clean in a secluded location.

The house and garden is very spacious and everything was super clean. The fence was continuous, which is important to us that the dogs cannot leave their new territory. The landlord is very friendly.
Two notes that led to the devaluation in value for money:
- Dishes are sparse and require immediate washing. (5 plates, 1 wine glass). After I didn't want to turn on the dishwasher for a place setting of 4 for environmental reasons, hand washing was necessary.
- After showering, there was a brief smell of sewage in the rooms with drains (bathrooms, utility room).
We would recommend the property unreservedly. TOP (Christian)

A beautiful and functional house

A beautiful and functional house, cleverly designed and spacious enough for a family of five, located in a quiet village and surrounded by silence and greenery. We especially liked the back garden, hidden from view, where you can relax in the shade, barbecue and swim in the pool. The house is located in the center of Istria, so it is about the same distance from various attractions and places for sightseeing or swimming. Arriving at the accommodation is very easy, the owner is discreet and ready to help with any problem. We had a great time and definitely recommend this house! (Irena)
