Holiday house Krase is located in the village of the same name in central Istria, near Svetvinčent. The house offers an unforgettable vacation with family or friends in a completely isolated location, on the edge of the village. Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms and a living room for sleeping. The maximum number of people is 6. The bedrooms are connected by internal stairs, Important note: the bedroom on the ground floor and the bedroom in the attic (two separate beds) are not separated by a wall and a door. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard kitchen appliances. A beautiful covered terrace with a table for chilling and deckchairs next to the private pool will delight the visitors of this beautiful, carefully decorated holiday home. Pets are welcome, with an additional charge on the spot. The pool is additionally heated in April and May and in September and October.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Svetvinčenat is located in the central part of Istria, on the Pazin-Pula road, surrounded by forests, meadows, vineyards, the widely known castle of the Grimani family, churches and a beautiful bell tower. The place is only 20 kilometers from the sea and the town of Rovinj. Svetvinčenat is a small place with cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and a mini market. Cultural events and festivals during the summer are widely known and very well attended by guests staying in Istria.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem schönen, voll ausgestattetem Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Uns fehlte es an garnichts. Svetvincenat war nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, wo man das Grimani Schloss besichtigen konnte oder in 2 kleinen Supermärkten alltägliches einkaufen konnte. Hier muss aber gesagt werden, wer günstiger einkaufen möchte, muss etwas weiter fahren. Die Entfernung nach Pula, Medulin oder Rovinj war etwa 25 Minuten, wenn man Sightseeing oder zum Strand möchte. Das Haus selbst ist unserer Meinung nach optimal gelegen, wenn man verschiedene größere Städte in verschiedenen Ecken besuchen möchte. Auch Igor und seine Familie sind super freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen, was uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wann immer wir etwas gebraucht haben oder wissen wollten, Igor war stets telefonisch erreichbar für uns und hat uns mit zusätzlichen Informationen versorgt. Wenn alles klappt, kommen wir nächstes Jahr gerne wieder! Danke für den schönen Urlaub. (Sebastian)
