This detached stone family holiday house Karla is located in the small Istrian town of Krunčići near the famous tourist resorts of Rovinj, Vrsar and Porec. It is located on the edge of the village, in a quiet and peaceful environment. The large covered terrace provides pleasant shade where you can relax and eat in the fresh air. There is also a large outdoor fireplace for grilling. The ground floor has a bathroom with shower and washing machine, large fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, coffee maker) with dining area in the extension which is a small living room. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with double bed. In 15 minutes drive you will reach the nearest beach in Vrsar. The house has its own parking, BBQ and WiFi. Dogs are welcome and free of charge.

The house is located in a quiet location in the small town of Krunčići near the historic town of Sveti Lovreč, and is ideal for those who want real relaxation in the rural Istrian environment, just a few kilometers from attractive and famous tourist destinations such as Porec and Rovinj. Rovinj is 24 km from a holiday home, while Poreč is 18 km away. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, 40 km from the property. There you can find typical Istrian houses made of Istrian stone, many vineyards and olive groves surround the village. The town is located in the interior of Istria; it is very quiet; here everyone can enjoy nature, famous wine roads and bike paths.
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home. Landlords are very nice and can be reached at any time. House is very quiet in a small village. If you are looking for peace, it is ideal for you. However, if someone is more into hustle and bustle, this is not for them. Absolutely nothing is offered in the village. However, you can reach many beautiful cities in Istria (Porec, Vrsar, Rovinj) in a short time by car.
