The eco-park runs on renewable energy, with air conditioning available free of charge for 10 hours per day. Pets are welcome.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Holiday Park Jelovci was built in 2017. The park has 9 houses with private pool. The park is located in the village Jelovci, 5 km from the center of Tinjan, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 km from the sea. Guests have at their disposal: children's pool, table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, children's playground (swing, sand), conference room. Private use: property 500 m2 with garden and lawn, round swimming pool (diameter 5 m, depth 130 cm, outdoor shower. In the complex: reception, internet access, washing machine (additional cost - 5€ per washing), tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking in front of the house. Shop 2 km , Restaurant 1.5 km, pebble beach 20 km, walking distance to the house 200 m, cycling path 250 m. Near the Park is the newly opened 2019 Adventure Park Kringa 1 km.

struttura nuova e molto ben tenuta. Il verde e la piscina vengono curati e puliti quotidianamente. La casetta è dotata di ogni comfort , non manca nulla. Bello lo spazio esterno per mangiare e bella la zona piscina anche se le scalette per arrivarci non sono proprio comode. (Lorenza)

Nach der Entscheidung, unsere Hochzeit in Istrien zu feiern, stießen wir auf dieses wundervolle kleine Resort, in dem wir beschlossen, unsere Gäste unterzubringen und eine kleine Feier zu organisieren. Perfekter Ort, Ruhe und süße Häuser mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.
