Tinjan - the town of prosciutto is a small town in Inner Istria, on the road that connects Porec with Pazin. It is only 17 km from Poreč and the first beaches, the most famous of which are the Green and Blue Lagoons. Porec is known for its many cultural events, cafes, restaurants, sports facilities and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan is Pazin, the main administrative center of the County of Istria known for its medieval Kastel.
