Authentic Istrian Holiday House with tavern located in Gračišće in central Istria

Casa Anka Gracisce is modernly and yet traditionaly furnished holiday house. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
The house has two bedrooms, one has double bed and an extra bed and the other bedroom has two seperated beds. There's one bathroom with washing machine and shower and an additional toilet.
In the Casa Anka there's an authentic tavern with dining area, kitchen and fireplace. The tavern is decorated with old tools and elements of Istrian agrocultural tradition. Beside the tavern, there's also a modern living room with seating area and TV, additional dining area and fully enquiped kitchen with all the neccesary appliances.
Outside in a private garden, there's a family pool where you can cool down and enjoy during hot summer days.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

Gračišće is the centre of the Gračišće Municipality, which extends over 60 square kilometres and has a population of about 1500 people. The well preserved landscape has encouraged a few households to engage in agritourism. The traditional commitment to wine production, on the other hand, has given rise to an already popular annual Exhibition of the Wine of Central Istria. The beauty and singularity of cultural and historical monuments located in the preserved landscape are the greatest value of Gračišće. The town is visited by more and more visitors every day, not only for the Exhibition of the Wine of Central Istria, the St. Vitus Feast or the Festival of the Harmonica Zasopimo na organić. Many enthusiasts often come to this town to feed on the tranquillity inundating its streets lined with old architecture and converging at the tall bell tower and the parish church, both from the 18th century. Everyone will receive a gift here: from the lawn surrounding the church, visitors obtain probably one of the most beautiful views extending over the undulating landscape of Istria, merging into the peaks of the lofty Učka Mountain.

We loved it! Casa Anka was our home in Istria for 24 days. The house is so beautiful and the garden is huge (fully fenced for our dog). We had breakfast in the garden every morning. There were tomatoes, basil, parsley, figs, etc. in the garden that we could use. The hostess is amazing, she lives across the street. She brought us eggs, fresh vegetables from her garden, homemade cake, cooked us dinner and we got a gift when we left. Really so hospitable. Thank you! Vrlo lijepa kuća u srcu Istre, smještena uz glavnu cestu od Pazina do Plomina s prekrasnim vrtom s ukusnim rajčicama i krastavcima koje gosti mogu brati direktno s grma. Mali bazen je lijepo mjesto za osvježenje i opuštanje te pruža puno zabave za djecu. Lovingly renovated Istrian stone house with a large garden. The house stayed nicely cool even without air conditioning, thanks to the thick stone walls. Great additional kitchen/living room with darts and table football on the ground floor. The pool was a good size for us and the kids to cool off in. An additional shower and toilet were available in the garden. The landlady was very kind, bringing us a homemade cake and fresh eggs upon arrival. Her little dog came to visit us and play. It is a lovely house with a fantastic atmospheric sun and shady garden. Within half an hour you are everywhere in Istria, while you are not in the crowds. The hosts are also very friendly. If you're looking for a house in Istria in a very nice place, then this is the place. (Nico from Netherlands)
