It covers an area of 110 m2 and consists of three comfortable bedrooms, a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room. The living room opens onto a terrace with a private pool of 28 m2, where you can enjoy the sun and refreshment away from the city bustle.
Free private parking is available for guests, and children will especially enjoy the children's playground located in the yard. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, which cools the entire space during warmer days. Pets are free (max. 1). More pets on request and for an additional fee.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
