Very pleasant holiday house with sea view located in village Preko on the island Ugljan

Holiday house Klarin is just 110 meters away from the beach with breathtaking sea view - situated on the island of Ugljan. Surruonded by crystal clear sea, and untouched nature - island of Ugljan is a true oasis of beautiful landscapes which defines this place as one of most desirable resorts on Mediterranean. The property consists of three apartments, which are connected by an internal staircase. Each apartment has a kitchen with living room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is another bedroom with two single beds. The living room has a sofa that can be used for two people. There's a magnificent view from the terrace on the nearby islands and on the city of Zadar. A true Mediterranean atmosphere can be experienced right here on Ugljan -where healthy sea food and traditional Mediterranean cuisine are a part of everday life of local people. Numerous beautiful beaches suitable for children makes this locality a real magnet for family holidays. There are also 4 car parking spaces in front of the house.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Holiday house in Preko on the island Ugljan. Preko is a small tourist town located across from Zadar. With the mainland is connected by ferry, which is a regular and daily basis. The ferry ride takes only 20 minutes. Walking along the waterfront, you will feel the charms of Dalmatian town. The island is dominated by the Mediterranean vegetation, mild and pleasant Mediterranean climate, a multitude of paths that lead to secluded beaches on the island, crystal clear waters, sandy and pebble beaches. In front of the city is a small island Galovac, where is located the monastery from the 15th century. From the terrace of holiday home Klarin, the view extends all the way to mountain of Velebit.

“Our holiday in this house was very good and met our expectations. The house is located very close to the beach and consists of three connected apartments, providing enough space and privacy for a family or a group of friends. Each apartment has a kitchen with a living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Additional beds are available on the sofa in the living room, and one apartment has a room in the attic with two separate beds. The large apartment is air-conditioned, which was especially comfortable on hot days. The terrace offers a nice view of the beach, nearby islands, and the Zadar channel. The house is in a quiet location, and it’s only a three-minute walk to the beach in Preko bay. Nearby, there are bars, restaurants, a shop, and sports facilities. Absolute fantastic house

We were very glad during our Holidays. Our landlord was very very friendly and helpfull. The house itsself was lovely. But the way to the beach or for Shopping was far and steep. (Tanja from Essen)
