Unique Villa Menta 1 is an ideal accomodation for up to 6 persons. The main area consists of two bedrooms with en -suite shower rooms and separate terraces with sea view. Kitchen, dining area, and living room are situated on the ground floor. The third bedroom is situated 10 meters away in a separate stone annexe with separated small garden relaxing area, and consists of a bedroom with 4 poster double size bed and en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are spacious and furnished with mahogany wood. The house is surrounded with a mediterranean garden where you can find a swimming pool, a terrace with seating and lounging area along with BBQ grill. The property is completely air-conditioned. Parking for 3 cars is provided in front of the property. Malinska is located in the western part of the island of Krk, in region of Dubašnica.

Surroundings

Malinska is located in the western part of the island of Krk, in region of Dubašnica. The area's name comes from the name of an oak tree, and there are dense forests and pastures located here together with some cultivated land. Malinska, as the centre of Dubašnica, was once an island port for the export of wood, and a favourite tourist destination for the Viennese aristocracy. In the history, it was mentioned as an anchorage point where boats sheltered during the period of strong winds, especially the strong jugo wind. Then later, the port for the export of wood became a climatic healing point thanks to its mild climate with around 260 days of sun per year. Today it is considered one of the most famous tourist destinations on the island, thanks to its beaches and hotel industry and because of its family tourism.

The villa is a great place to relax thanks to its large garden with old trees and the fantastic pool! The location is great as it takes 12 minutes to get to Krk town and 5 minutes to a main road that runs through the island. Maybe you should know that the house is bordered by a stone wall, which unfortunately wasn't an obstacle for my dog... (Friederike )
