On the ground floor there is a kitchen with living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The connection between the floors is outside with the outer staircase. On the first floor is a bedroom with private bathroom. The garden is fenced so that the children can play without care and in the carefully watched garden there is a pool and a whirlpool, where you can look for refreshments during the hot days.

Note: The house is located at 4 meters in height and the use and climbs is at your own risk.
