Villa Mariela is the perfect choice for all those who want to enjoy peace, quiet and nature. It consists of a large garden with olive trees, a heated pool and a jacuzzi with sun loungers. Also a covered summer kitchen with barbecue and a large dining table. On the ground floor you will find an elegant living room connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen of the villa. Both the living room located on the ground floor as well as the bedrooms are air conditioned so you can completely relax during the hot summer days. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people. The holiday house is about 1 km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. In the center by the sea there are shops, travel agencies, bank, post office and a doctor. The town of Vela Luka is about 4 km away. Pets are allowed in the villa, the surcharge is EUR 10 per pet/per night.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 40 days before arrival. For cancellations 41 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Cancelling 40 to 31 days before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount. Cancelling 30 days or less before arrival: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount.

Potrna is a settlement in the municipality of Blato, Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Korcula is part of the Dalmatian coast. Poturca was formed in the mid 19th century around a few fertile fields on the west end of the island. There are archaeological remains of Gradina in Potirna, as well as ancient Greek and Roman artifacts.
Growing grapes, olives and figs are the main base of agricultural products. The village consists of two parts of Upper and Lower Potirna. The local coves are Grdaca, Žalić, Garma, Nova and Slatina. Spend time on the beautiful surrounding beaches and enjoy a walk through nature.
